Disgusting service experienced

Very bad service from FNB Account on hold by ***** department but no one is calling me or updating me on the status even after countless telephone calls and visits to the branch. Appalling to see how the bank takes for granted and makes one suffer for their hard earned money. I am a new client but I am ready to move my account to another bank!!!!!
