Disgusting service Eastgate Mall

I went FNB Eastgate on Saturday 13 January and Japhta(coloured) guy told me that on Saturdays they don’t open stokvel accounts I must make an appointment for Monday-Friday. I asked him to help me and my people as we are from different places and the only time we have is weekend. He told me to go complain at client care as it’s Saturday and they want to go home early and stokvel accounts takes time to open.

I am so disappointed in their service when I asked for the manager he told me he was the manager, how can you have such rude and inconsiderate person as a manager? I am disgusted by Eastgate service
