Disgusting service

Worst possible service received A couple of months ago i changed to FNB due to getting less than adequate service from my previous bank. I felt their services would be better but i was completely wrong. im at a stage where im ready to purchase a home but in order to do that i need to build my credit score due to me having NO DEBT at all. My bank with whom i have in the last 3 months had over 100k crediited into their transactional account which i am paying service of almost 500rand a month too plus my monthly acc fee declines me based on scoring yet a reputable institution such as standard bank has offered me and approved me for a credit card and a cheque account which according to fnb i dont qualify for

People are trying to progress in life and to do so unfortunately we have to take out good debt but fnb would rather people pay their exuberant fees and keep them poor than to help build their nation. Disgusting service at its best. i am seriously contemplating taking standard bank up on their offer to move my banking portfolio over as i have no history with them yet they treat me better than a bank that sits back and eats peoples hard earned money and unnecessarily puts down a credit score even worse so we go to small time loans and become indebbted to the man forever
