I am trying to get assistance for a statement for a credit card that fnb claims I’m owing, I have requested on numerous occasions for a statement showing when was last payment. They have got me listed on Experian for an account that has prescribed and is now withholding information when I’m requesting a statement to see what’s owing they keep saying the account isn’t prescribed without any proof. I have tried calling the legal department they direct me to debt collecters who say the account is closed on their side and that they have no knowledge of it. Fnb holding clients accountable for prescribed debt is ******* and also withholding information to keep people bound is *******. I have went on social media platform requesting legal help on a way forward.
