Disgusting Service

FNB your service is absolutely disgusting !!!!

I started calling in the 22nd of September notifying YOUR staff of unauthorized debit orders going off my account where they just pushed me around to different people in the department and no assistance !!!! on the 28th of September A DAY BEFORE PAYDAY my online banking profile gets blocked due to it being compromised, NO ONE in branch or over the phone has assisted me up until today!!!!!! Monday the 9th of October I receive 2 more SMS stating someone is trying to link my app to their phone !!!!!! i have sent emails , called and posted on Facebook and NO ONE gets back to me !!!!!!
