Disgusting service

I'm so disgusted with FNB

A simple query I need assistance with and each advisor I speak to tells me it isn't their department.

I get transferred to another department which gave me a *** number to call for my query when I call that department they give me the original number I called to begin with.

You guys are just messy.

Your tagline is a lie because clearly you guys can't help with anything unless it's deducting money from your clients
