Disgusting service

So I complained to Hellopeter last week about FNB. Not denying that they did not try to contact me, but the UK is 2 hours behind SA. They tried to call me on 2 occasions last week about a minutes apart I missed the call. To try and return the call is impossible. Not heard a thing from anyone again. I really think thT this is pathetic. I worked for a bank o SA for 30 years and under no circumstances would we just leave a complaint especially if it ended up on hellopeter. Expect so sort on intervention on this. CARIN BARNARD
