DISGUSTING SERVICE

When I say absolutely pathetic service I mean ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC! I app**** on the 20th of Dec for a business related application. Called on the 21st and was told the matter would be escalated and would hear back from them by end of business day. Phoned the 22nd and was told turn around time is 1-3 business days. Went into the bank on the 27th and was told the matter would be escalated by Jessie and we would receive a call by 9.30 on the 28th. 9.30 comes and goes go back into the bank, they called in and asked for Jessie and apparently their is no Jessie that works there. Spoke to Resolofetse Litheko and was told turn around 5 days. We asked her to speak to the manager and she said the manager is unavailable. Asked for a managers email address and were told we were not allowed to have it and she will email the manager. After the call was ended a gentleman called back and had an absolutely atrocious attitude. Asked for his manager or email address and he refused and put the phone down. How disgusting to treat a business client of yours. Would not recommend FNB to anybody suggest you change banks or look elsewhere if you are considering them! We will be closing our business account with them and warning everyone against them!

I would just like to say that Liezl and the branch manager at FNB Laguna mall were excellent and tried to assist us as best they could. However the rest of the people we dealt with were nothing else but pathetic for lack of a better word!
