Disgusting service

I am in literal tears right now because of the service I’ve received from FNB. This bank I’ve been with for years and at my time of need this is what they do to me. I made a booking online for bus tickets, I’ve had the phone drop in my ear and no one calling me back, I spoke to Thando Kunene, Spoke to Gideon, spoke to so many people until I was told the system is offline…my issue is still it solved R555 is missing it’s just vanished and tell me who can just accept that.
