Disgusting Service

I am absolutely disgusted with the service I have received from this so call service chat line at FNB, you get passed on from one person to another or they just dont bother responding or feel FNB is doing you a favor by having your account there. I have been with FNB for years and everything goes well until it doesn't, you cant call anyone. You cannot dispute any payments at all. You cannot phone anyone just get passed around like you mean nothing, then put in a complaint oh wow that takes 5 days to respond. Not a message follow up or a phone call would be nice instead I will just pass you on as it suites me and you call this client service wow wow wow.
