Disgusting service - awaiting their contact!

You just cannot deal with FNB!!! I have been attempting to resolve a credit card account on behalf of my daughter with their nominated attorneys GLA. Despite sending proof of monthly payments and requesting statements that reflect these payments I get no response. I send monthly reminders to their attorneys that I am still awaiting statements - none forthcoming. Then I get a summons!!!!!!! I have now been placed on hold by Fortunate in the collections dept for the last 20 minutes I considered changing banks to FNB but not if this is the way they handle themselves.
