Disgusting service as always

As always the service from FNB is horrifying. I absolutely hate this bank and need to change, I keep thinking it will be ok but honestly I regret the day I changed banks so so much. The fact that I have everything with one bank and yet they cannot sort out an issue across divisions is absolutely crazy, you will cost your customers money rather than sort it out even though the issue lies with you and not me.
