Disgusting service

This morning enquired about my status regarding my Debt review block if it was removed. Only to be told rudely by the consultant I must learn to pay my accounts,...Oh WOW If you didn't know the issue why even open your mouth. Who do you think was paying the accounts. So FNB I am done...Your agents have been rude to me again and I will not take this abuse anymore....You have 24 hours to come back to me and let me know where my credit sits with you and why hasn't the debt review flag been removed. NCR have put me back into the green light. I have always had this issue when I asked about my accounts. I have a bond, business account and my own accounts with you FNB...and now I believe its time to move
