Disgusting Service

I made a online payment last week Thursday into a Capitec account. Phoned them on Monday letting them now the beneficiary has not received the funds yet. They said I must wait till Tuesday as Saturday was a public holiday. Tuesday I was on the phone with them for nearly 2 hours as I explained to them this is rent Money that needs tobe paid. The consultant Darren Jackson eventually escalated the problem but didn't not inform me its going to take another 24-48 to investigate. I phones back after a few hours and was helped by Ncediwe Meje/Seje something like that, and when I asked to speak to her supervisor she kept me on hold for an hour. When I asked her what I am supposed to tell the the landlord as I have to pay the rent and the fact that they debited my account but the money hasn't reflected in the beneficiary's account is not my problem, she said she will give me a reference number to give the landlord.😳....Now the landlord just sent a message that if I am still staying here I must pay my rent...😳...very very very disappointed with the awful service I have received. The fact that when I phoned on Monday I was told to wait till Tuesday??? Now it's literally a week later???

So today I followed up on my query as I was told it's going to take 24-48 hours. I spoke to Reto Baloyi at the call center who at first couldn't pick anything up. After I argued with her she found my query and told me the turn around time is now 5-7 working days. I asked her to put me through to her team leader of which she did. I spoke Arthur Taylor who literally said there is nothing they can do. I have to wait the 5-7 working days. Now I look like a **** to my beneficiary who is demanding their money. The money was debited from my account LAST WEEK THURSDAY 25/04/2024!!!!... so the fact the payment was not released into the beneficiary's account is my problem how? Am sooooooooo disappointed in FNB.
