Disgusting service

Very frustrated and annoyed to the point where I am going to move to a different bank, I was at a branch to sort out a debit order that has nog gone off for the 3rd or 4th time and still they cannot get this matter sorted, I spent close to an hour on the phone with a total of 11 attempts to get this sorted and either get cut off or no one even answers… now I am getting the short end of the stick as this is affecting my credit score and its not even my fault…
