DISGUSTING SERVICE

Unbelievable Disgusting Service recieved from FNB , they could not be bothere with client service , i have a few accounts with them of which three are Buisness accounts , they block my account due to SARS fica forms , email the forms last year November as requested , they dont bother to say sorry you forgot the tax number only get to know when the account is blocked now to try and speak to someone and sort it out is impossible , yet its a business account , person have salaries to pay release funds to SARS and cant and they dont give a Damn , i really am going to close all my accounts and deal with a different BANK someone who actually cares about their clients
