DISGUSTING SERVICE

I am totally appalled by the disgusting customer service given by FNB to me on numerous occasions!

It has been over a month and no one has ever gotten back to me.

I queried on the 18 December, I have emailed over 5 times ,no response.

I called in over 10 times, nobody can help me. My line was cut over 5 times and being placed on hold and not getting back to me.

All that needs to be completed is funds to he allocated to my credit card account. However, fnb cannot do this. It is my money!

I want a call from one of the managers on your call center floor today!
