Disgusting service

Worst service, trying to get a letter from this bank is impossible, send all the requested documents, no response, calling is a nightmare, no one knows what they speaking about and keep on transferring you to other departments until eventually no one picks up, over an hour on hold. They give you the best service when you open an account or when they try and sell you something. And once they have your money you are nothing to them.

Absolutely disgusted and will definitely take my money elsewhere and anyone thinking of banking with FNB, good luck
