Disgusting service!

After spending almost 30min on a call with no one answering, I realize how 15 years of loyalty with FNB doesn't count for one moment! no special treatment, I am simply conveniently making them richer with fees and costs! I will definitely be moving my business elsewhere! I am very disappointed!

What a shame that these institutions lie to you, for their own financial gain! Feel utterly disgusted with my experience with them these last few days... GOOD RIDDANCE!
