Disgusting service

I am writing this with great sadness that Law on call has refused in appointing an attorney on my behalf as client to assist in response to all the letters and mails that I have been receiving from stranger people wanting to evict me out the house.As I believe this act it is done ********ly so. They telling me they can’t assist cause the house it is not in my name. Basically they telling me that I can be kicked out even if it is ********ly they don’t care. I’ve been with them since 2021 paying without fail and this is what I get.

I called them yesterday explaining that I even appreciate those people who are saying they selling the house telling them that I want to buy the house cause they never gave me an option and they hanged up the phone on me. Then two days later a white guy came to the apartment saying his the new owner. One of the trustees opened for him ********ly cause I am the one that needs to approve at the gate for a visitor to be let in. Later I was assaulted by the same body trustee. Tuesday I received a letter that says I should vacate the house in 30days as the house has a new owner. How was the house sold on auction like they said without viewing? It hurts that I am paying for a legal team that is failing or rather refusing to fight my legal battles for me as a client.

I even called yesterday explaining that I have approached the same people that I’ve been receiving all the threats from saying I want to make a purchase but the guy keeps on hanging up the call. I did inform fnb that I need them to help with a letter of purchase. I’ve received a letter to vacate again in 30days still refused assistance of an attorney.
