Disgusting service

All my details are up to date at the bank. Today I receive a sms telling me that I have 5 days to update my Fica info at the nearest branch otherwise they will greeze my accounts. The nearest branch is 200 from my home. Does FNB ecpect me to get into my car, drive 200 km just to update my details which are 100% up to date? Who is going to pay the petrol? Fnb does not believe in cistomer service. They inconvenient clients. I was in Bloemfontein on Saterday. 5 days is a totally unreasonable notice period to give to clients living in a rural area.
