Disgusting service
Worst bank I've ever come across. Second time I've had to write a review on HelloPeter. ********** ACTIVITY ON MY ACCOUNT AND NO ONE GETS BACK TO ME.
TRY CLOSE MY ACCOUNT AND NO ONE GETS BACK TO ME!
Absolutely disgusted at the service and the way FNB handles their clients.

02 Apr 2020, 09:23Update : a few days later I get a call from FNB. They tell me to close my fnb credit card I must pay R139 interest and as soon as that money is paid into my credit card the account will be closed and I won't have to worry about it at all, I won't have to call anyone it will just be done automatically. Well, safe to say that was absolute *******. I made payment two ****** days ago and my account is still open. I haven't had any feedback. I honestly don't know what to do at this point.
