Disgusting service

It has been a month now since I received a call from an agent at FNB saying that my matter has been escalated to higher management but I guess it was lies cause I was promised feedback right after that call and still nothing. I have been complaining for 3moths now and still no resolution,nothing.

Disgusting service,empty promises.
