Disgusting Service

I requested by debit order date to be changed from weekly to monthly as I was changing jobs. This was requested in July 2021. Month of August came my account was still debited weekly. Obviously there being no funds my account went in arrears. Last week money was paid in my account and they simply debited my account saying it’s for the arrears. Note the arrears is not my fault. I requested the funds be returned and apparently it can’t be done. None the less my original contract was for monthly and they decided to debit it weekly so Ja I don’t see how you guys keep up with your logo. How can we help you
