Disgusting Service

I have been saving money in my revolving credit as well as paying it off, every few months i have drawn money to pay off various things and never had a problem. We did this again this month only to find out that i dont have the option to transfer anymore and then to be told that i wont have access to that money for almost a year, no one has ever contacted me about that or explained that to me. Every person i have spoken to has been unhelpful and paints the customer to be of no interest to them, I will definitely be closing up my FNB account as soon as possible and be finding a bank that i can trust ,who has no hidden agendas and is pro helpful professional customer service.
