Disgusting service

This in now the second time in 3 weeks that I have to go to Hellopeter to get some results from FNB and why do I have a Personal Banker who is always out of office with no support. I get the following charge to my credit card: "04 Sep Account Update 1 592.00" No explanation just a charge. BUT TRUST ME THEY WILL CHARGE ME INTEREST ON THAT AMOUNT. I request an explanation from my Personal Banker but he/she is out of office again. I have been with FNB for 50+ years and I know it is a schlep to change banks but maybe it is time.
