FNB LAw on call is just a bull**** thing First Rand has ever came up with. The legal advisers are basically students who.needa to be taught the fundamentals of law and be guided by the very same clients who are paying them on monthly basis. Why am I paying them for legal advice if I have to dispute their advice?

I have wrongly advices by FNB LAW ON CALL legal advisers and no one tool responsibility of their wrong advice. Again why must I be instructed to go file for a matter then inform the very same people that I have filed for theatter and the court date is blah?

The changes have actually exposed FNB that the company is only interested in the premiums of the members but not to help them legally. Now you have to do everything on your own and let them know that you're done so.they can take over. That's a total bull**** service form a company of FNB calibre.

People should just stop paying their premiums
