Disgusting service

If i could give no stars i would.I have spoken to countless agents on the chat so whst they do is they ask how they can assist i type out my query and they just dnt respond or they respond say they gna check my account and they never return. Agents names Godlip Palesa Shereen I wait for assistance they route my message to go back in the que. They get paid to ask how can we help but they dnt help you. I just spoke to godlip gave him my query ask him are you there,a few minutes later he closes my query because i didnt reply but he never helped me at all. Disgusting seevice therefore i wanna leave FNB. They charge 200 bank charges for what. Cant exsplain my account to me.
