Disgusting service

As a private banking client im extremely disgusted with the attitude of your courier company supposed to deliver my new cheque card!

They refuses to accomodate me as the client! I have to sit at home from 8.00 till 16.00 for whenever they arrive. I asked nicely please give me a 2 hr warning i have things to do. Nope... so im out while they arrive. The company then contacts me and demand i pay r250 to have it delivered later the same day when im home!!!!!

How can you expect your customer to waste 8hrs sitting at home waiting.

Where is the customer service or convenience in that!
