Disgusting service

I am utterly disgusted at the time it is taking me to reverse a miserable debit order of R361

I keep needing to top up airtime to reverse but then run out as I am kept on hold for more than 20 minutes. Private banker calls and trf me, but yes you guessed right, their call drops too. Called again this morning after 7 days days if trying, the banker doesn't answer and call drops again.

Pathetic pathetic - nights as well just pay this unauthorized debit. Why haven't they asked for Debi check anyway? Leading bank for sure 👎
