Disgusting service
Have had a query with them and no one returns with feedback and when you call in no assistance is given!!!!!!!

Craig called yesterday and could not advise how a bank I bank with could assist me I found out on my own and now no one knows what I want when I request it! All I need is a letter that confirms the prescribed debt by FNB but your employees are too lazy to find out what that is!!!!! SEAMAKALENG RAMELA refuses to call back although I have requested this several times today neither does Craig lang!
I am so appalled by your service and would encourage everyone I know never to bank with you if this is how you treat people!!!!!!!!!!
