Disgusting service.

I’ve been having endless issues with FNB over the past couple of months. I had a debicheck mandate which o thought was from FNB & was charged R250. When I told them that they said they’ll for ***** I have to pay R300 for investigation so I left it, then I was told it won’t cost me anything, but then they said they cannot do anything about it. Now I made a payment into my credit card & all I had available was just a couple thousand. When I contacted them they said to contact them on a weekday as the credit card division is closed over a weekend. I contacted them today & the agent (Bongiwe) rudely ended the conversation when I explained to him I cannot go over my limit as I transfer funds from one of my other accounts into my credit card & he said I’m owing almost R2k on pending purchases. What a load of *******. Pay off my debt with FNB & move to a better bank after being a loyal client for decades. FNB was one of the best leaders in the banking industry but now they are a bunch of no nothings that just overcharge you.
