Disgusting service

I had a query with fnd wrt my account being debited before my salary was deposited . I placed a query with reference number *** and was told that the query was being looked at. I did explain that the cash deposit into my account was made by a family member to purchase an item on their behalf. This was not a salary deposit and I was told that the loan amount would be debited in full not partial as this was done with no notification from bank. I need that money to be paid back into my savings account immediately and the full amount to be deducted on my salary dated 15th
