Disgusting service

The service of the Forex consultants is disgusting. I went into the branch to exchange a USD bill to rands and was told that there's a KYC error on my account and the forex department has to fix it. The teller who was helping me called the forex department and I was on hold for over an hour, I even had to leave without getting it done because no one seemed to pick up the phone and my time was wasted. It's really unprofessional, considering the high banking fees we pay on a montlhy basis. Do better!!!
