Disgusting service

Dear FNB Your parktown branch keeps on delivering mediocre service and this is unacceptable. I went in today to get my pension fund withdrawal forms signed and I was told fnb doesnt sign forms, and I explained to the manager that sentinel will not accept a bank letter they want their form signed by the bank before they can release my funds, but he didn't listen to me. It is utterly disgusting that everytime I go this branch I dont get helped I always have to come to hello Peter for me to get assisted. I know a lot of people who brought their pension fund forms to FNB parktown and were signed without a hustle. Tell me then, what should I do with this form ? Because FNB is my bank and sentinel requires my bank stamp? Which bank should I go to then? I am very disgusted with your service especially the manager in your parktown branch.

I wouldn't have come to the branch if I knew my pension fund wanted a bank letter because I can download that on my internet banking.
