Disgusting service

Service does not exist with this bank!!! It's been almost a month since I have logged a Hello Peter complaint about the error with the virtual card and ebucks that I was told will be allocated after I provided all the proof as requested to fnb and still to date nothing has been done. Payment of ebucks was to be allocated during this week as expected nothing done by fnb. Fasle advertising to market the company yet when it comes to service delivery it's absolutely disgusting how fnb treats clients!!!!!
