Disgusting Service

A year ago on the 11th April 2014 my father passes away and FNB Trust Services were the executors. I met with Adri Jacobs who was in charge of his estate. 7 months later Adri advised that she was leaving the company and Antoinette Martins was taking over. When enquiring again in January 2015 as to the progress, I was told that Antoinette had resigned and the company had moved premise from Century City to Cape Town CBD (Buitengracht Str). After numerous calls I eventually managed to find out that Ana Marais was now in charge of managing of my father's estate.<br> It has been over a year now and I still do not have any answers or indication on when my father's estate will be finalised. My mother is 82 years old and is struggling to live because she does not have any money. <br> It is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable that FNB cannot get their act together and sort out my father's estate. This is shocking, and it has left my mother in dire straits. The financial burden is having a negative effect on my mother's health. The staff is in-compassionate and *********** and should not be allowed to handle anyone's estate. They are unreliable, unprofessional and and need to be exposed!
