Disgusting service

<p>i have recentl file a complaint with fnb regaring an unauthorised debit order tha was done my account.</p> <p> </p> <p>they promised me a refund and still today i havent received my funds back. Tried calling them but no one seems to know what im talking about and they keep putting me throught from one department to another.</p> <p> </p> <p>Totally disgusstd with the service im getting from my so called trusted bank. they quick to take our money but when theyhave to refund it back it becomes a mission.</p> <p> </p> <p>im expecing my refund today.</p>
