Disgusting , pathetic service

FNB and their employee Lunga Bottoman!Promised to get back to us within 48 working hours, regarding our ***** case #*** and now they are ignoring our emails! If this issue is not sorted by close of business today we are definitely taking this further because I don’t understand why they keep promising us lies!!!!!!!! The service we have been receiving ever since this ***** case was opened is so pathetic!
