disgusting pathetic most terrible service

<p>After switching banks for the first time in 10years!! FNB has given me the most disgusting service I have ever experienced!! I left jhb to go on a holiday, to find that my card has been blocked or the account put on hold! Without notice!! How the HELL am I supposed to make plans when I don't even know if I have access to my money??? I did my part, handed in my documents and no one decided to upload it on to the system... So after filling my tank with petrol I come to the vast realisation that I cannot pay. The absolute embarrassment I had to endure because if people who don't know how to do their job!! I now have to pay people back and cannot face them again because I feel like a fool.. FNB wastes their money on advertising and does nothing to ensure their clients are well taken care of. Why the hell have customer service if no one can help me?? I now have to make my way back to the Greenstone store to sort out a problem that is not my fault!! Not to mention the airtime WASTED from being transferred to everyone that was more useless than the one before! I WILL be reimbursed for this!! Thanks for nothing but embarrassment and inconvenience... It's been a lovely holiday </p>
