Disgusting, pathetic management and staff

Despite many futile calls, FNB doesn't want to respond. I took out a Wesbank account and yet they haven't improved my level for eBucks. As a result, my Black Friday will not qualify for the discount I am entitled to. This is purely carelessness and stupidity on the part of the staff. I am outraged because they NEVER call back. FNB has the most uncaring, greedy, devious staff
