Disgusting pathetic "assistants"

I am most disgusted with fNB cornubai branch. I had an appointement for 11am to get my fingerprints done. I took the day off, unpaid leave. Drove from south coast for an hour to get there as this was the only branch accredited for passports and ID's. This appointment was made 3 weeks ago. On arrival, I was first stopped at the door and told that I must return tomorrow again. I was shocked. After a while I got in and found that the home affairs guys were lazing around. I greeted them and they greeted back. I told them I had an 11am appointment. The man rudely asked me what time it was. I told him that I didn't mind waiting. I was 10 minutes early. After about 30 minutes the lady came and called out our ID numbers. Then she said that she couldn't do mine, although I had paid for both. She made a stupid excuse that I must go back to where I had originally took out my passport. I told her I couldn't remember where I took out my passport as it was over 10 years ago. She said "too bad". So I told her to please do my ID at least. She refused to because she said I paid for both at one time. She said I must go back to the branch where i got my passport 10 years ago!!! I think she is a very lazy and dumb person as she was so rude to us. She didn't want to help at all yet she is surely getting paid for it!!! Why does FNB say they can do the ID and passport when clearly they are not competent to do so??? I am so angry because they have ****** the money I paid.
