Disgusting, misleading, false promises, dishonourable ban****

Almost a week has passed and FNB has failed to honour their promise to get back to me in 2 working days!!! Why make false promises. They are so damn frustrating because I have been trying for ages to get a quote for their travel insurance, but it looks like they are not interested in small business!!!!
