Disgusting lack of service

Thank you Dorothy for phoning regarding my compliant. What did you actually do? None & I mean NONE of my queries were answered by you & to date no one else from FNB has phoned me. Still waiting for Mary unknown surname & department to phone me back after I failed to get hold of her on the phone number she left on the sms she sent me. Still waiting for the branch manager of Greenstone to phone me back? Still waiting for my queries regarding the FNB credit cards to be answered?? Absolutely disgusting service. Is NO SERVICE considered service?
