Disgusting, ***********, unhelpful, arrogant staff

I am hereby giving FNB one week to resolve my complaints and to give me a reference number for this final complaint. I have tried over the months to resolve this issue. I have sent personal emails to FNB to many of the branches and Head Office. They admitted it is their fault and promised to rectify it on their side. I have been harrassed, bul****, abused and tortured verbally by FNB for over a year now. Months have passed and no one has taken this issue seriously. It has impacted on my health. I am always stressed. I don't get any peace. They have not stopped harrassing me. Their incompetence has resulted in serious complications. I am requesting, not only a telephonic response, but also a response in writing as I want proof of it this time.
