Disgusting *********** staff

<p>I was sold a travel policy by FNB. The consultant promised me that he would email the documents. I need it urgently as I have to send it off to prove that I have cover. Actually, I had automatic cover, but the smooth talking Ricardo sold me another policy to top up the one I had. He deducted the money immediately from my credit card!!! However, despite him promising to send me the document, he FAILED TO DO SO. This is the second time I have been let down by FNB. When will you employ people who take customer care seriously and who is going to pay for all my expenses of travelling up and down???</p> <p>I ask someone to urgently contact me and take some harsh action against RICARDO!!! I want my travel insurance documents NOW!!!!</p>
