Disgusting g service
I contacted my private banker on the 23/06 to have a debit order reversed she sent the request to the relivant department and they have not bothered to contact me, she then sent it to a manager still nothing this is now day three with no service absolutely disgusting service they obviously don't want me as a client

27 Jun 2020, 11:58Thank you recieved a call this morning and was advised I would be contacted today and the debit order reversed imnediatly, it now 12:00 and no phone call this service is just not acceptable I think it is time to change banks
