Disgusting FNB taking Clients Money

I went to a FNB ATM at Springs Mall to draw money the ATM got shut down my card came back but my money never came out. The staff at this branch was so *********** the one told me she does not know what to do the other told me the money will come back the other told me she doesn't know what to do after I asked for the branch manager she also wasnt helpful while Im in her office she is busy on Whatsapp. Today 12 days later I receive feedback from FNB that they cannot find my money and Im basically loosing the R1000. On the Cameras it shows that The money never came out. I am very disgusted in this service and will never recommend FNB to anyone for their financial Needs. FNB staff is *********** and does not have any communication or consistency in their branches. If their ATMs goes of its certainly not our problems especially if the go in to balance. One can write to their complaints department till you are blue in the face they are just as useless.
