Disgusting fnb service

Highly disgusted with fnb after being a client for over 15 years....My card was lost in December and i blocked it and reported it ****** then someone obviously picked it up and had been using it I have reported *****ulent activity and yet nobody has come back to me after fighting this for over 4 months I decided to change banks and I went to the branch to inform them they need to sort this out as my account is in -1000 and I refuse to pay for it as I blocked my card so I am not responsible for these transactions....up to today this still has not been sorted out and I still cannot close my account so its running in -12000 and until fnb knows how to do their job properly it can run into -millions I will not pay for someone elses transactions.....highly ****ed off and dissapointed...
