Disgusting FNB service

As a long standing and loyal client of FNB for many years now, I can honestly say that I am now disgusted down to my core, as a result of the terrible, and disgusting service I have received from FNB, that I have decided to terminate all my business with FNB with immediate effect. FNB are the epitome of 21st Century organized crime. The service has disgusting, to say the least. I paid off my Credit Card, and they still have the nerve to come along days after I had paid it off, and slap me with high interest charges, after I had already paid it off. Regardless of whether or not I use the Credit Card, they charge exorbitant fees just to have the card in your pocket. Getting through to customer service is worse than dealing with Home Affairs. As an experienced customer, and businessman, I do not recommend FNB to anyone, especially if you aren't willing to pay crazy high interest rates and fees.
